Pawfection Country Dog Hotel
Pawfection was founded by Suzy Cordell a former highly successful Retail Business Manager for Royal Canin UK & National Account Manager for Mars Petcare.
Suzy has over 15 years’ experience working with dog owners, veterinary practices and top breeders. She has a vast knowledge of dog breeds, their unique characteristics, temperaments and specific requirements.
Suzy has a verified background in dog nutrition and has been fully training in both scientific and natural diets, she fully understands that no one dog is the same, from Great Danes to Chihuahua’s they all have different needs.
She comes highly recommended and can offer an abundance of references upon request.
Suzy was a keen member of the British Flyball Association for over 6 years and fully trained in animal safely and first aid.
She has been a dog owner for most of her life and has enjoyed much success in dog training, socialisation and obedience with her Border Collie, Milly the minx and now the proud owner of Luna Blu, the happiest and friendliest Chow you will ever meet.
For her, truly understanding and respecting the nature of dogs is the basis for having a wonderful relationship with them, she really is a true animal lover and an advocate for animal welfare.

After completing her Canine First Aid Level 2, Jess has been with us at Pawfection as a canine carer as well as hotel manager! Concha, her childhood golden retriever, will forever be the reason she has such a huge love for dogs. As much as she adores our four legged friends, she’s a proud and happy owner of her two feline fur babies, Kiki & Pojken.
You can fully trust your dog will be carefully looked after with Jess anytime Suzy is away, she’s a big fan of cuddles, passionate in taking photos + videos of the pooches (see our photoshoot service option in our packages!) and creating fun, exciting parties for them.
