Terms and Conditions

  • Owner is responsible for and will ensure that their dog is up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments. Kennel cough vaccine is recommended.
  • A full meet + greet must be successful before any booking with Pawfection Country Dog Hotel is placed.
  • Owner is to make a full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or pet sitting; including behavioral or health problems & antisocial behavior; including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining.
  • Owner gives full consent and trust in Pawfection Country Dog Hotel to take dog/s for walks outside of the hotel.
  • All dogs will remain on a lead at all times outside of the home (unless prior agreement has been reached with Pawfection and a disclaimer form has been signed)
  • Owner to provide all essential items for their animal’s care (ie: collar, lead, food, treats, passport, medications). No bowls, unless the dog uses a slow feeder or requires a raised bowl.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time if the animal does not respond well to us.
  • We refuse to work with any dogs that are classified as potentially dangerous breeds or banned. For example: Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Akita Inu, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Fila Brasiliero and other powerful dog breeds.
  • All owners agree to not share the location information with anyone, especially dog breeders and/or rescue shelters – for the safety of the hotel guests.
  • By Spanish law, all dogs must have their Public Liability Insurance, on hand or sent electronically. While we take every precaution, Pawfection Country Dog Hotel cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to the animal, inside or outside of the client’s home.
  • Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked. Owner is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is in our care.
  • Pawfection Country Dog Hotel is not held accountable for any vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in our care.
  • We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon.
  • Owners accept, in case of emergencies, dogs can be left alone (fully secured) for a maximum of 3 hours.
  • Pawfection Country Dog Hotel reserves the right to deny a service or stop a service because of financial concerns, inappropriate and uncomfortable situations or safety issues.
  • All clients will be deemed to have accepted Pawfection Terms & Conditions (as laid out here) on signature of the contract.

Bookings

  • If clients return early, for any reason, no reductions in fee will be made.
  • Clients must ensure that their requirements are booked 7 days in advance. (Possible emergencies or short notice appointments can be catered for).
  • Clients must respect the Pawfection Country Dog Hotel working hours. Check Ins from Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6pm & Saturdays 9:30am – 12pm) / Check Outs before 11am (or owners will be charged a fee of 40€) / Sundays CLOSED. This includes hours of contact.
  • A 100€ (121€ via bank transfer) non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with a 3 day wait.
  • All outstanding payments are due before or on arrival to secure your booking and avoid disappointment. Pawfection Country Dog Hotel reserves the right to not provide a service should a client fail to respect these requirements.
  • All clients must be aware that on major public holidays (Christmas Day, New Year’s Day & Easter Sunday) they will be charged double time.

Cancellations

  • Pawfection holds a strict no refund policy on any cancellations unless in the case of an emergency to which an agreement may be made as a good will gesture.
